Solo trip to Nashville ✈️ My first AANA Congress as an ICU nurse. I wanted to share my reflections on this long year and how I am finding balance with chasing my dreams to become a certified nurse anesthetist!
As a nurse navigating burnout, ambition, and self-growth, this video is a reminder that you can care for your mental health, practice gratitude journaling, and embrace softness without giving up your goals. I wanted to end the year by finally sharing a part of my life I’ve been too scared to show: my quiet moments, my vulnerability, and the in-between seasons that shape who I’m becoming. Along the way, I learned that the world rewards those who are audacious, and that is exactly the energy I’m stepping into as I move toward 2026.
Hope you enjoy :)
