Before Lady Justice Asplin Lord Justice Arnold Lord Justice Fancourt This is a cross-appeal whereby both sides appeal the order of Mr Justice Thompsell, sitting in the High Court Chancery Division, dated 11 August 2025. The case relates to a property joint venture formed to develop a property in London and pertains to issues such as fiduciary duties and unjust enrichment. The purpose of the joint venture was to purchase land and develop commercial property consisting of a hotel and office accommodation at 22-24 Uxbridge Road, Ealing.
