Verona 'Romeo and Juliet' Half Marathon | Italy | February 2025 | Valentines Weekend in Italy

Well, my first visit to Verona certainly didn't disappoint! Especially given that it was Valentine's Weekend in this infamous city of love. I fell in love with this bustling city filled with beauty, and of course, love! As for the half marathon, it is a super flat course and would be a good option for a PB (I got mine by a matter of a couple of minutes). I plan to head back for the Opera festival this year, setting foot in the arena has lit the desire to experience a performance in the ancient ruins :) So that's my first Italian race ticked off for the year, where shall I head next..?
