Mercedes says America gets the hybrid in early 2027 and hasn't priced it yet; the outgoing 2026 GLB 250 4MATIC starts at $45,800 and the Land Rover Discovery Sport at $49,900. This walkaround covers a Swiss dealer's GLB 220 4MATIC in AMG Line Plus trim: the star-pattern grille, the fuel flap, the MBUX Superscreen, Burmester sound, a panoramic roof and a third row that folds flat. Test drives report one catch: a slight jolt when the engine takes over from electric.
