This Hidden Gem in the Black Mountains Will Leave You Speechless!

Hello all in today's we are in the black mountains brecon beacons national park at a place called Herberts Quarry. Herbert’s Quarry is part of the Black Mountain and Mynydd Myddfai Registered Landscape of Outstanding Historic Interest in Wales. Unlike in other lime producing areas where canals and tramroads could be built, the industry at Herbert’s Quarry was served solely by road transport. The lime trade was a factor in the development of Turnpike roads, and the network of tracks and roads over the mountain is closely associated with the activity at Herbert’s Quarry. As you walk through the site you are taking a journey through time, and walking in the footsteps of many hundreds and thousands of people before you, people whose hard work, sweat and drudgery shaped this landscape and left a rich industrial legacy. credit https://www.komoot.com/highlight/4091366 #Herbertsquarry #breconbeacons please considering subscribing its free lol    / @kurtvanlife   I am a photographer from the south wales valleys join me as i explore abandoned buildings nature landscapes and so much more on this channel you will see travel vlogs photography videos and sometimes exploring an abandoned building –––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– Lights by Sappheiros / sappheirosmusic Creative Commons — Attribution 3.0 Unported — CC BY 3.0 Free Download / Stream: https://bit.ly/LightsSappheiros Music promoted by Audio Library • Lights – Sappheiros (No Copyright Music) –––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– Buy me a coffee ko-fi.com/kurtrobertsphotography If you enjoy my videos on youtube and would like to support me and my channel please do consider buying me a coffee throught the above link. thanks so much for watching my videos and supporting me My Amazon wish list https://www.amazon.co.uk/hz/wishlist/... photography prints https://www.kurtrobertsphotography.co.uk My Equipment Camera https://amzn.to/3aQ9zuq Mircophone https://amzn.to/3aNHgN3 11-16MM tokina lens https://amzn.to/3aR47r7 benro tripod https://amzn.to/2W4ZvcP Mavic pro https://amzn.to/2TG7pYs subscribe to me if you enjoyed my content instagram   / kurtrobertsphotography   twitter   / kurt__roberts
