What Is The Highest Level Boss You Can Beat In Bloons Monkey City

Today we're gonna find out, what is the highest level boss you can beat in Bloons Monkey City. If you don't know, this game has 4 different bosses, and of them, Vortex has the least health, meaning that I'll be testing things against that one. It starts at level 1, where the boss is incredibly easy, but its health only goes up from there, meaning that eventually, it becomes very challenging to survive, especially because the regular bloons being spawned go from measly red bloons, all the way up to bfbs and zomgs.
