This is the Standard Definition Canon Xl2 camera which I purchased in October 2005.
I am retiring this for the newer Full HD and the newest 4K Ultra High Definition cameras.
The Canon XL2 has served me well over the years and I might use it once in a while for those shots that don't need to be filmed in HD.
