We're IN the Worm Now... Major Horror Vibes in Gear 2! (Part 4)

In this playthrough series, we play Gears of War 2 on the Xbox Series X in backwards compatibility mode. We already did Gears 1 (the original Xbox 360 version) on this channel, so check out the playlist for the full playthrough of that one before watching this! Gears 2 is amazing! I think it is the best "action movie / rollercoaster thrill ride game" you can find, up there with Modern Warfare 2 and Halo 3. This was the Xbox 360 system seller game. If there's ever a reason to get an Xbox series S or X, it would be to play the Gears trilogy with performance boosts. Seriously, this is peak. If only there was a PC port, not a remaster, just a port of this already nearly perfect game. In episode 4, we're... IN THE WORM! We also get a new mission from Command (Marcus misses Anya, awwwww), with Hoffman directly ordering Delta squad to go to an old "factory" which was actually a creepy government research project which may or may not have created the Locust. Major horror vibes here, not quite like Gears 1, but close!
