Grzybowskiej i Al. Jana Pawła II, w miejscu rozebranego Atrium International, stanie 34-kondygnacyjny budynek Upper One projektu śląskiej pracowni Medusa Group. Inwestor, którym jest firma STRABAG Real Estate, zapowiada oddanie obiektu do użytku w 2026 roku. W ramach inwestycji pod nazwą Upper One powstaną w sumie dwa budynki: 34-kondygnacyjny biurowiec i 17-kondygnacyjny hotel, oferujące odpowiednio 36 tys. i około 11 tys. m² powierzchni użytkowej. Jana Pawła II, in place of the demolished Atrium International, the 34-storey Upper One building designed by the Silesian studio Medusa Group will be built. As part of the investment called Upper One, a total of two buildings will be built: a 34-storey office building and a 17-storey hotel, offering 36,000 and approximately 11,000 m² of usable space, respectively.
