Young Thug Judge Denies Mistrial, Doesn't Allow State to Continue Questioning Witness

Judge Paige Reese Whitaker denied Yak Gotti defense attorney Doug Weinstein's motion for a mistrial, after a retired detective discussed Gotti being out of prison. Judge Whitaker made the ruling based on the jury having knowledge of him being a convicted felon based on one of his charges. However, the judge did not allow the state to continue to question the detective.
