Kasukabe Summer Festival - The toys, the noise and the feast

This is typical of the types of festivals happening all around Japan in the summertime. Kasukabe lies in Saitama Prefecture and is the home of Crayon Shinchan, Japan's version of Calvin and Hobbes. Enjoy the sights and sounds. Too bad you cannot enjoy the smells, though; the food is delicious.
