MAN KE ANDAR

The Music Video for the title track off our first EP 'Man Ke Andar.' The video is a collation of scenes from the 1988 film Veerana, along with footage of the band performing at Nexus Arts. Veerana, is the story of an evil witch named Nakita, that terrorizes a village until local leaders hang her. Seeking revenge, she possess a local girl named Jasmin, turning her into a bloodthirsty creature who lures and kills men in desolate places (Hell ye). The Lead actress Jasmine Dhunna became an overnight sensation for her hypnotic, terrifying performance. However, she vanished from the public eye shortly after the film's release. Because of her sudden disappearance, people began to believe a range of myths, one being centered around her turning into the monster and turning to the underworld. Far more likely, she succumbed to the same abuse that Jasmin and Nakita endured from men in the movie and was forced to turn away from the fame she earnt.
