The mountain may be where God gives us revelation, but it was never meant to become our permanent residence. In the first message from Basecamp, Pastor K. Peter wanted to remain on the mountain, surrounded by the glory of God, but Jesus was already preparing the disciples to come back down. The mountain gives us revelation. The valley requires us to apply it. God fills us, equips us, strengthens us, and changes our perspective—not so we can stay comfortable, but so we can carry what we’ve received to the people waiting for us in the valley.
