Chavez Soliz demos the Fundamental Series Lo-Fi Delay. Designed to bring character and movement to your repeats without complicated controls, the Fundamental Lo-Fi Delay offers three unique delay programs that range from hazy, degraded echoes to dark, evolving textures and rhythmic multi-tap patterns. With up to one second of delay time, adjustable Feedback and Mix controls, and three distinct delay modes, the Fundamental Lo-Fi Delay gives you an approachable way to explore everything from subtle lo-fi ambience to heavily modulated, evolving delay textures. AM – A bright delay with high-pass filtering, light harmonic distortion, and dual wow and flutter modulation. The repeats gradually degrade and thin out like a fading AM radio signal, creating dreamy leads, open chords, and hazy lo-fi backdrops. Murk – A dark, dense delay with rolled-off highs, heavy distortion, and dual low-frequency modulation. The repeats compress and expand with the dynamics of your playing, creating thick, undulating clouds of sound. Keep Feedback low for subtle movement or push it higher to build pulsing, evolving trails. Echo – A rhythmic, multi-tap delay with analog-style tone shaping. Shorter delay times create dense, lo-fi ambience that sits between an echo and a reverb, while longer times spread the taps into syncopated, hypnotic patterns and cascading rhythmic trails. The Fundamental Lo-Fi Delay also features tap tempo with selectable quarter note, dotted eighth note, and eighth note divisions, as well as trails mode for naturally fading repeats when the pedal is bypassed.
