Remembering the truth of who we are beneath identities, roles, and stories. How do we remember? By stepping out of the frenzy of everyday life and back into organic time and nature’s rhythm. By taking a break from our phones and tuning in to the wisdom of the body and breath. By reconnecting with ancestral resources and the Earth. By being held in a community of women alchemizing burdens into blessings through music, movement, silence, and stillness. We are learning to trust again.
