You're force fed megas for the first minute so I took that opportunity to kill the viles in the corners. If you don't they will make your life hell. The other two vile hallways can be an issue because they'll randomly zap you throughout the map. I think you can be more deliberate in killing them as you pass by and then dive in with BFG to clear them out early. The teleport switch is dangerous before you thin out the revs and cybers though. Even though you're being force fed megas at the start you can absolutely still die. Ask me how I know...
