MY WINTER ARC STARTS TODAY ❄️ | Roadies Audition, New Goals & The Rules | 2026

WINTER ARC 2026 STARTS TODAY. ❄️🔥 1st October. A new month, a fresh start, and a decision to finally LOCK IN. In this video, I’m introducing my Winter Arc — what it means to me, what my rules are, what goals I’ve set for myself, and what I’m planning to achieve over the next few months. But before we get into the Winter Arc, I’m also taking you through my ROADIES AUDITION journey — how the audition went, what happened, and what I’m taking forward from that experience. Then we get into the real reason for this series. 👀 ❄️ What exactly is a Winter Arc? 📋 What are the Winter Arc rules? 🎯 What are MY goals? 💪🏻 What am I working on physically? 🧠 What am I working on mentally? 📚 Why am I reading Atomic Habits? 🔥 And what can you expect from this journey? Starting TODAY, I’ll be documenting this journey with you. I’ll be posting regular videos showing you my actual progress — my workouts, routine, habits, food, productivity, wins, failures and everything in between. I’ll also be sharing the things I’m learning from Atomic Habits and how I’m trying to actually implement them in my everyday life. This video is just the beginning. The NEXT video will be my actual WINTER ARC DAY 1 — where I’ll show you exactly what I did on Day 1 and whether I actually followed through on the goals I set here. 👀 No overnight transformation. No pretending everything is perfect. Just showing up, staying consistent and becoming 1% better every day. If you’re starting your own Winter Arc, comment “I’M LOCKED IN” below and mention your “GOALS” 🔒❄️ SUBSCRIBE & turn on the 🔔 because we’re doing this together. #WinterArc #WinterArc2026 #Roadies #AtomicHabits #FitnessJourney #SelfImprovement #Discipline #IndianFitness #HinglishVlog #DailyVlog
