Reflecting at Vietnam’s Northern Border | Deep Personal Monologues on Ha Giang Loop Day 3 Welcome to Day 3 of my Ha Giang Loop journey! Today, starting from Van Dong, I made my way to the northernmost border of Vietnam—the iconic National Flag Pole (Lung Cu Flag Tower). Standing near the Chinese border, this sacred site has held Vietnam's national flag for over a thousand years, serving as a powerful symbol of national pride and sovereignty. While visiting this historic landmark was significant, what truly defines this video are my personal reflections and monologues throughout the journey. Traveling through Northern Vietnam and learning its deep history shifted my perspective entirely. Understanding how this nation endured centuries of foreign invasion with unwavering pride allowed me to see the people and their culture in a completely different light. More than anything, it was the people who moved my heart. Seeing the innocent, sparkling eyes of the Hmong children and meeting local ethnic minorities who live simple, happy lives despite material poverty made me deeply reflect on my own life and values. As I walked up to the flag tower and back down, I recorded my raw, personal thoughts and the warm, spontaneous conversations I had with people along the way. Knowing the history opened my eyes, but seeing their lives opened my heart. I hope to share these personal revelations and quiet contemplations with you. Thank you for being part of this intimate journey with me. #HaGiangLoop #VietnamTravel #LungCuFlagTower #NationalFlagPole #TravelReflections #VietnamHistory #HmongCulture #NorthernVietnam #MotorcycleJourney #TravelVlog
