Making a swamp board for table top wargames

Thanks for tuning in again! I bumble my way through making a tabletop wargaming board that resembles a swamp ... so far I don't think it's working, but hopefully it all comes together at the end! Haha. I'm playing a lot of Middle Earth: Strategy Battle Game at the moment and I wanted to build something that was reminiscent of the dwarves leaving Erebor over the swamps.
