2026 MOD GNCS Round #2 at "The Dirt": M11 5th Scale Truck B-Main - 03/22/26

This past weekend I attended the MOD Grand National Championship Series (GNCS) at “The Dirt” in Perris, California—and for us 5th Scale racers, it’s our version of the legendary Dirt Nitro Challenge (DNC). It absolutely did not disappoint. The venue was outstanding and provided a true championship-level experience. The weather definitely tested us with excessive heat, but we all pushed through and it was well worth it. A big thank you to Matt Olsen and the entire MOD Crew for putting together an awesome race program. Special appreciation also goes to our Race Director, David Orner, for the entertaining color commentary and for keeping everyone organized and moving smoothly throughout the weekend.
