THE GRANDUO HANEGI（ザ・グランデュオ羽根木） 羽根木公園の緑に寄り添い、 ゆるやかに流れる時間とともに、街が息づく場所。 木々の揺らぎ、風の通り道、やわらかな光。 そのすべてを取り込みながら、 ひとつの街並みが、静かに連なっていきます。 THE GRANDUO HANEGIは、 約90mにわたる建築が織りなす「群像街区」として誕生しました。 銅板と緑が描く外観は、時とともに表情を変え、 この場所に新たな風景を刻んでいきます。 室内に広がるのは、光と風が通り抜ける開放的な空間。 インテリアのしつらえが、暮らしの輪郭をやさしく映し出します。 都市にありながら、どこか懐かしく、 静かな情緒をたたえたこの街区は、 住まいを超えた「風景」として、ここに在ります。 Architected by Tatsya Ogawa (16A) 物件詳細ページはこちら：https://thegranduo.com/hanegi/ THE GRANDUO HANEGI Nestled beside the greenery of Hanegi Park, this is a place where the city breathes in rhythm with the gentle flow of time. The sway of trees, the path of the wind, the softness of natural light— embracing them all, a quiet streetscape unfolds in seamless continuity. THE GRANDUO HANEGI emerges as a “collective streetscape,” formed by architecture stretching approximately 90 meters. The exterior, composed of copper and greenery, evolves with time, etching a new landscape into its surroundings. Inside, open spaces welcome the flow of light and air. Carefully curated interiors softly shape the contours of daily life. Though set within the city, it feels somehow familiar— imbued with a quiet sense of nostalgia and calm. This community exists not merely as a place to live, but as a living landscape in its own right.
