We have arrived at Millers BBQ in Hämeenlinna to take on the legendary "Meat Impossible" food challenge. This restaurant might just be the coolest place I have ever visited in Finland. The atmosphere, the aroma of smoked meats, and the sheer energy of this place make it a dream destination for any barbecue lover.
This challenge is no joke—it has been attempted by some of the most famous competitive eaters in the world, including Jesse Pynnönen, Randy Santel, Beard Meats Food, Katina Eats Kilos, and Nigidi Eats. These are people who have conquered insane food challenges around the globe, and now, it's our turn to see if we have what it takes!
The Challenge:
The "Meat Impossible" platter is an absolute feast of epic proportions. The main elements of the challenge include:
Brisket – juicy, smoky, and melt-in-your-mouth tender.
Beef cheek – incredibly rich and packed with flavor.
Sausage – a hearty, well-seasoned addition to the mix.
Chicken – perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of smokiness.
But that's not all! Alongside these massive portions of meat, the challenge also includes a variety of delicious sides:
Mac and cheese – creamy, cheesy, and the perfect comfort food.
Coleslaw – fresh, crunchy, and a great contrast to the rich meats.
Potatoes – incredibly flavorful and cooked to perfection.
To make things even more interesting, the meal is accompanied by two unique dipping sauces and a dessert of mango and rhubarb ice cream, which adds a sweet and refreshing element to the feast.
And of course, to wash it all down, you must also finish 1 liter of soda.
The Rules:
You have exactly 1 hour to finish the entire meal. If you succeed, your meal is completely free—a well-earned reward for conquering one of Finland’s most intense food challenges. However, if you fail, you’ll have to pay 140 euros for the experience.
This is going to be a serious test of endurance, strategy, and pure determination. Let’s see if we can join the ranks of the champions who have conquered the "Meat Impossible" challenge!
