Sandbanks Chain Ferry

An early morning trip on the Sandbanks chain ferry. The Bramble Bush Bay crosses between Sandbanks and Shell Bay, the shortest route connecting Bournemouth and Poole with Studland and Swanage. To do this it has to cross the busy entrance to Poole Harbour and passes next to the home of the Scout Movement at Brownsea Island.
