Malmö Birmingham scout a 19 year old EARLY

This video looks at a single report from OnTheMinute that Birmingham City are keeping tabs on Malmö midfielder Jovan Milosavljevic as they assess options for future windows. The analysis argues that watching a nineteen year old with seven Allsvenskan appearances and one goal is sensible, low cost recruitment, but sets it against the long contract Malmö signed him to, which the report itself says puts them in a strong negotiating position. The longer Birmingham City watch, the more of his progress they may end up paying for, and nothing reported so far suggests anyone has spoken to Malmö or that a fee has been discussed. The report also leaves open whether Blues see Milosavljevic in central midfield or further forward. The video's own guess is that he's a summer conversation at the earliest rather than a January signing. Birmingham City come into this off a mid table finish last season, with the recruitment watch now stretching across Scandinavia.
