Javaris Crittenton was on both the NBA court as a professional player, and the streets. He was a McDonald's All-American from Atlanta and the nineteenth pick in the 2007 draft, a kid who made the league on raw talent alone, and four years later he was riding around his own hometown in a rented Chevrolet Tahoe with a rifle, looking for guys who'd robbed him of a necklace and a watch.
