Dordt Choral Festival Concert | Part 1 - B.J. Haan Auditorium | Dordt University

Join the Choral Department as they present the High School Choral Festival Concert. This concert will feature a 750-voice massed festival choir including singers from 13 Christian high schools representing 6 different states, as well as all of the Dordt choirs: Bella Voce women’s chorus, Canons of Dordt men’s chorus, 4th Avenue Singers, Chorale, and Concert Choir. In addition, most of the participating choirs will perform one song on their own. Also present for the day festival and the concert will be internationally acclaimed composer Dan Forrest. The massed choir will be performing two of his choral arrangements, “Holy Holy Holy” and “Nearer Still Nearer,” and both works will be accompanied on piano by the composer himself.
