1999 Jeep XJ (Chrysler 8.25 axle) rear differential pinion seal replacement

how to replace rear differential pinion seal on 1999 Jeep XJ (Chrysler 8.25 axle) I am not sure about the pinion seal nut torque, I may have mention 250 ft lb, may be I am not correct, please check the specifications for correct torque. I used 32mm socket to remove the pinion nut The pinion oil seal part number is 8516N (National brand)
