Phnom Penh, Cambodia Day 2 - July 31st - Banking Day...

Day 2 was banking day, I had no money left. The first time I visited Cambodia in 2015, riding my mountain bike across the country, my UK ATM card would not work in Battambang in the machine, I had to go into the bank and do a 'cash advance', minimum take out $500. They put your card through a machine in the bank, and then give you money... When I got to Phnom Penh back then, same thing. Now, ATMs work, and my bank of preference is ABA. But, some branches are better than others, some get tired of dealing with idiot foreigners, so I chose one a bit out of the central area and looked for the best reviews. I got it spot on, try 'ABA Borei Keyla Branch' if you want great service, but don't be a dick or that will get ruined too. Vannda is a popular rapper here, and his videos are good to watch.
