HLSP Shires Rubberwell & Cracked Twyford Classic pan

Ex Courage PH. (WC pan has dirt) In the ex Courage PH, a full mock tudor 1930s refurbishment. We have this real old school set of WCs soldering on, and smelling of the iconic lead paint. Unfortunately, the WC pan is cracked, the fulcrum is a bodge (which i tried to swap round with an actual shires one before someone came in) and the float valve is failing. :( One of the more sensitive locations i've visited. Thankfully efforts to future proof the cistern are seemingly successful. The pan on the otherhand is beyond saving.
