A wise woman reinvention

A wise woman builds her house — but sometimes before we can build, we have to renovate. In this video, I use the analogy of a home renovation to talk about how we can rebuild our lives from the inside out. Just like a house may need updated curb appeal, new flooring, better lighting, and a fresh coat of paint, sometimes we need to take a closer look at the areas of our lives that need renewal. Our curb appeal represents our smile, our image, and how we show up in the world. Our flooring represents the foundational behaviors, habits, and mindsets that may need to be ripped out and replaced with something stronger. New lighting represents positive thoughts, gratitude, truth, and healthy relationships that brighten our lives. And just like paint changes the atmosphere of a room, our words can paint either a negative or positive picture over our lives and the lives of others.
