My Saturday starts with a simple homemade breakfast—an omelette loaded with mushrooms, some toasted bread, and of course, a cup of coffee! Since my wife has to work on Saturdays while I get both Saturday and Sunday off, the weekend kitchen duty is usually mine! After dropping her at the office, I head back home and decide to make one of my favourites—Bengali-style chicken curry with potatoes. So come along and spend a little part of my weekend with me—from breakfast and coffee to dropping my wife at work and cooking a delicious homemade chicken curry.
