Craftsman Briggs opposed twin pt. 1: Setting governor, adjusting idle speed

This is the first of a 3 part series on the Craftsman with the 19.5hp opposed twin engine. This part consists of righting wrongdoings, which includes setting the governor and adjusting the governor spring, adjusting the idle speed and blowing out the carb to get rid of water in the fuel as well as corrosion.
