Luke has seen a ton more play since the patch. He's gotten far more popular at both online and at high level tournaments. Noah even won UFA with Luke. When the patch came out I saw some people saying it wasn't significant. People seem to have realised that Luke is strong now, but a lot of people don't seem to know why.
