Before becoming a global action movie icon, Jason Statham was an elite competitive diver who spent 12 years as a member of Britain's National Diving Squad. He represented Team England internationally, most notably at 22yrs , competing at the 1990 Commonwealth Games in Auckland, New Zealand. The event was held at the West Auckland Swimming Centre on Alderman Drive in Henderson.
