Barnett Clutch Install on a 2016 Harley-Davidson Dyna Street Bob

#clutchchange #harleydavidson #tutorial In this video, we show you how to do an easy Barnett clutch install on a 2016 Harley-Davidson Dyna Street Bob. TOOLS/ ITEMS NEEDED -T10, T27, torque bit -1/2, 9/16, & 11/16 wrench allen key set -torque wrench -socket wrench -oil drain pan -Rags to wipe up spills EXTRA PLATE CLUTCH KIT INSTRUCTIONS -Remove derby cover and drain the primary chaincase fluid into pan -Remove shifter and left foot peg mount -Remove primary chaincase outer cover and set aside -Move to the clutch basket and remove 6 bolts holding in clutch spring (save bolts) -Remove clutch spring and clutch pressure plate -Remove ALL clutch friction plates and steel plates -Remove 2 dampener seat & springs in the back of the clutch basket behind all the friction plates. DO NOT REUSE ANY PARTS! ( When installing Barnett extra plate clutch kit ) -Soak new Barnett clutch plates in oil for 3-5 mins -After soaking plates in oil, begin with a friction plate and alternate steels and frictions. Last plate in is a friction plate. -Re-install pressure plate and spring to 100 inch pounds. -Close mid-adjuster on clutch cable -Loosen clutch adjuster lock nut on pressure plate -Back screw off a few turns and screw back in until screw touches push rod -Back screw out 1/2 turn and tighten lock nut -Adjust freeplay in cable to 1/8” between lever handle and bracket LUKE’S INSTAGRAM -   / luke_rk_malone   Thanks for watching!
