How To Make Illumination flicker and light flicker - Premiere Pro

In this video I show you how to create light flicker or illumination flicker in adobe premiere pro cc 2021. Drag and drop your footage into the timeline. Next, create a duplicate layer of your image or video. Now go to effects and presets panel and type in "lighting". Drag and drop the lighting effect onto the top layer. Go to light 1 and change it from spotlight to directional. Next, adjust the color of the light (optional) to match your footage. Now draw a mask around the light source using the pen or free bezier tool. Next, push the stop watch / toggle animation on the intensity setting under light 1.
