About NNG Badminton Kakis ... — No Nonsense Group Badminton Kakis — is a lively group of active seniors who believe that staying active, staying connected, and having fun are all part of a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. We get together regularly every week for our favourite sport — badminton. Whether it’s a competitive rally, a well-played doubles game, or simply enjoying a good laugh on court, our sessions are all about keeping fit, improving our game, and enjoying the company of good friends. But our gatherings don’t end when the shuttlecock stops flying! We often meet for breakfast before our games, catching up over coffee, food, and plenty of conversation before heading to the courts. After the games, we continue the camaraderie over lunch, sharing stories, discussing the day’s matches, and enjoying each other’s company. More than just a badminton group, NNG is a community of friends who encourage one another to remain active, healthy, positive, and socially connected. We welcome the spirit of friendly competition, mutual support, and plenty of laughter. NNG Badminton Kakis — Staying Active, Staying Connected, and Enjoying Life Together!
