Inside ArcGIS: AI Models, Agents, and Core Product Updates | What’s New in 2026

See where ArcGIS is headed: AI across the geospatial platform, agentic workflows via MCP, deeper enterprise IT integrations, and faster core products. In this session, Esri's Damian Spangrud and Rob Elkins walk through the ArcGIS portfolio. They cover how ArcGIS is being built as a standards-based, open, interoperable enterprise IT platform, including a newly announced deep integration with ServiceNow and support for cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric. In ArcGIS, AI is delivered three ways: AI models (including new Esri foundation models and Hugging Face Hub integration), AI assistants built into apps and included with your user type, and agentic AI starting with Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard that exposes your authoritative GIS content, services, and tools to agentic applications.
