Maritime Ammonia Insights - ZEEDS

ZEEDS, an abbreviation for Zero Emission Energy Distribution at Sea, is a collaboration platform between Grieg Star, Aker Solutions, Wärtsilä, DFDS, and Equinor. Two flagship projects within this collaboration have greatly evolved over the last year: the design and build of M/S Green Ammonia, the green ammonia distribution vessel, and the development of an onshore green ammonia supply chain out of Berlevåg harbour, to supply shipping, offshore and off grid (island) consumers with green energy.
