DoorDash

Shanteria “KT” Mosley, a 26-year-old mother from Atlanta, left home one Wednesday morning expecting to be back in time to pick up her younger sister from school. But when KT suddenly stopped answering her phone, her worried family followed its location to an apartment complex in Smyrna, Georgia, where her car was sitting in the parking lot—but KT was nowhere to be seen. What her family discovered while searching for her would turn an ordinary missing-person search into one of Smyrna’s most disturbing investigations in years. Police eventually arrested 18-year-old Kingston Bradley, who has since been charged with malice murder and concealing a death in connection with KT’s death. But major questions remain about why KT went to the apartment complex that morning, what happened during the hours before her family arrived, and whether investigators have uncovered the entire story. Bradley has not been convicted, and the case remains before the courts. Please subscribe for daily crime breakdowns, and let us know in the comments what other stories you want to see covered.
