Star Wars “Wookie Cookie” Disney Parks Recipe AT HOME

Punch It Chewie! This week, we are headed to a Hollywood Studios OG location, Backlot Express. Join me as we recreate one of the cutest cookies in the Galaxy, the Wookie Cookie! This dessert is inspired by the furriest hero in the Galaxy, Chewbacca. The Wookie Cookie is an oatmeal cookie sandwich, with too large oatmeal cookies that sandwich together a velvety vanilla buttercream. To top it off, a brown sash similar to Chewbacca’s decorates the top of the cookie. These would be the perfect treat to compliment a Star Wars Movie Marathon. All of the information on how I made this treat can be found below, including links to the products purchased. I do not collect commission for these recommendations.
