Class 25: Acceptance, Rejection, Revocation and Cure and Other Specific Conditions

This class closes out the caselaw portion of the course, discussing final cases in conditions, including the UCC’s framework of offer, acceptance, rejection, and revocation, commercial impracticability and price shocks, and how these relate to questions of excusing performance in a formed contract. The class also briefly discusses third-party beneficiaries, assignment of rights, and delegation of duties.
