In part 3 of Berkeley Law Executive Education’s “Berkeley Boosts” three-part webinar series, “Speaking Up: Whistleblowers, Whistleblowing and the US’s Unique Approach to Fraud Enforcement,” Phillips & Cohen partner Erika Kelton moderates a discussion about the success and impact of government whistleblower reward programs under the False Claims Act and the Dodd-Frank Act.
The panel features DOJ civil fraud section Director Jamie Yavelberg, CFTC whistleblower program director Chris Ehrman, and Phillips & Cohen partner and former chief of the SEC Office of the Whistleblower Sean McKessy.

He now represents whistleblowers in his practice at Phillips & Cohen.
Erika Kelton is an internationally recognized whistleblower lawyer whose cases have recovered billions. She has represented whistleblowers in record qui tam cases and won for a client one of the largest SEC whistleblower rewards.
