According to what he heard, he wanted to go to a planet where carts are available and run around as much as possible. Doraemon had no choice but to take out his "space lifeboat" and headed for the star where he could ride his cart. When they arrived at the planet, the king of carts appeared and Nobita and his friends started a fun race with him. However, Nobita was not pleased with the King of Karts, who was running too fast, and used "secret tools" to beat him to the finish line. Seeing this, the Kart King became angry and scattered the "secret tools" all over the karting planet. Doraemon and his friends, who were banished from the country, reluctantly set out on a journey to search for the scattered "secret tools. Will Doraemon and his friends be able to gather up the scattered tools and make a single apology to King Cart? The emulator used is "VisualBoy Advance".
