Today, I’m sharing a super simple yet absolutely delicious snack – Crispy Chocolate Sticks! These golden, crunchy popia rolls coated in rich chocolate and topped with sprinkles and almond nips are the perfect treat for any occasion. 🍫✨ Ingredients: ✔️ Popia sheets (medium size) ✔️ Cooking chocolate (half a bar) ✔️ Sprinkles & almond nips (for topping) ✔️ 2 tbsp butter ✔️ 1 tbsp oil ✔️ Cornstarch + water mixture (for sealing) Instructions: 1️⃣ Roll the Popia Sheets: Take a popia sheet and roll it tightly into a stick shape. Seal the edges using a cornstarch-water mixture. 2️⃣ Fry Until Golden Brown: Deep-fry the rolls in hot oil until crispy and golden brown. Remove and let them cool. 3️⃣ Prepare the Chocolate Coating: Using the double boiler method, melt half a bar of cooking chocolate with 2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp oil until smooth and glossy. 4️⃣ Dip & Coat: Dip the crispy popia sticks into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are well-coated.
