"Gungmo So," a soulful Monpa folk song, was released by Hon'ble CM Shri Pema Khandu on 02/11/25 in the presence of Hon'ble Home Minister Shri Mama Natung and other dignitaries. Composed by Monpa Institute of Performing Arts, Dirang, the song was sponsored by Awo Phurpa and Shri Rinchin Dondup (Awo Bole). This cultural tribute highlights Monpa's rich heritage and the institute's dedication to preserving Monpa traditions.
