Corn Seedling For Lovebirds

We give our lovebirds a treat: corn grass, also known as corn seedlings. They love gnawing on these right down to the roots—it seems they really enjoy chewing on plants. Some of them carry the grass into their nest boxes, while others chew it up, seemingly to eat it. We’ve frequently given this kind of grass to our birds; you can check out our older videos to see that. Growing corn grass is easy, too—as long as the environment is favorable and free from too many insect pests. We’ve mentioned this often in the descriptions of our past videos.
