Closing arguments in the bail application of five suspects accused of the murder of Kiernan 'AKA' Forbes are continuing in the Durban High Court. Representing accused one, Lindokuhle Mkhwanazi, Advocate Simphiwe Mlotshwa says his client complied fully with law enforcement authorities when they arrested him. However, Magistrate Vincent Hlatshwayo has raised concerns around Mkhwanazi's address and alleged medical condition. AKA was killed along with his business associate Tebello Motosoane outside a Durban restaurant in February last year.
