And to finish off the summer we have the age old classic of "Should You Play X in Y Year?" Finally I get to throw my hat into the ring on this. Should You play The Elder Scrolls One: Arena? Short Answer: Yes, duh. Long Answer: Well, you'll just have to watch and find out. Arena may be old, but age doesn't destroy art, unless it was made with egg tempura. If anything age has only made Arena a better game, as the series lore expanded with Daggerfall, Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim. The story of Arena was greatly built upon, that coupled with the simple gameplay and lack of many of the less-than-appreciated trappings of old PC games, leaves playing Arena a better idea than ever before.
