The Point of Self - Denise Lawrence

Denise Lawrence has been practising and teaching Raja Yoga meditation for almost 50 years now. She studied French and Philosophy at the University of Kent in the UK. During the 1970s and 80s Denise has established and coordinated Raja Yoga centres in several countries such as Germany, Canada, and the USA. As a writer and broadcaster, Denise coordinated the Overseas Communications Centre at the Godlywood Studio in Mt Abu, India from 2010 to 2020. She lived in India for 7 years, preparing a Diploma course in Education in Values and Spirituality, which is now being taught at several Universities in India and Asia. Her novel “Sciamachy: fighting with your shadow” was published in India in 2017 and has now been translated into German. Denise has travelled widely offering seminars, retreats on subjects related to spirituality, meditation and inner well-being. She continues with this work and conducts classes for an international audience through YouTube, Zoom and Podcast.
